Pay to Book

When you reserve a space, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available for another professional to book. For this reason, payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

Refund Policy 

All bookings are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend collecting a deposit or payment from your clients to protect yourself against client cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, or other scheduling conflicts.

Because your reserved time is removed from availability for others, we are unable to provide refunds, credits, transfers, or reschedule your reservation due to:

*Client cancellations

*Client no-shows

*Client reschedules

*Changes to your personal schedule

*Business slowdowns or lack of bookings

*Any other scheduling conflicts

Please book only when you are committed to using the reserved time.

The Motivation to fill your schedule

One of the best ways to grow your business is to stay committed to the time you've reserved. If a client cancels, use the opportunity to market yourself, offer a model appointment, run a same-day special, create content, or reach out to potential clients.

Your reserved time is valuable. Stay consistent, keep showing up, and continue building your business.
